Q. Are your products authentic? 

A. All the products in our store are 100% authentic, we source directly from official distributors.

A. Yes we do, we currently ship orders from the UK to the following countries:


Q. Do you offer free shipping? 

A. Yes we do, free standard shipping is applied to all orders placed in the UK for all orders over £35

For European orders, free standard shipping is applied to all orders over £100

For the Rest of the World, free standard shipping is applied to all orders over £200


Q. When will my order be shipped?

A. All orders are processed and shipped out on Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays, we aim to fulfil and ship orders within 1-3 working days. 


Q. Do I have to pay for custom fees? 

A. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Glow to Skin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 



Q. Can I exchange a product? 

A. Sorry, we do not offer exchanges on any of our products


Q. Can I change my order? 

A. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping, to change an order, please send us an email at or through our contact page as soon as possible, alongside with your full name and order number, we will try our best to see what we can do to make adjustments.



Q. How long does it take to receive my refund?

A. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
