do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! Free tracked shipping is applied Free tracked shipping is applied to all orders in the UK for all orders over £35 For European orders, free tracked shipping is applied to all orders over £100 For the Rest of the World, free tracked shipping is applied to all orders over £200

Do you offer Discounts?

Yes, we do if you sign up to our newsletter, you will receive 10% off your first order. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers.

when will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed out on Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays, we aim to fufil orders within 1-2 working days.

do i have to pay for custom fees?

Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country, Glow to Skin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsbility as the customer.

can i exchange a product?

Sorry, we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

can i change my order?

We can only change orders that have been processed for shipping, to change an order please send us an email at: info@glowtoskin.co.uk or through our contact page as soon as possible, alongside with your full name and order, we will try our best to see what we can do to make adjustments

how long does it take to receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
